    A Unique Twist
I love this new take on the classic Cinderella. Granted, I'm a huge fan of Cinderella and have seen (and loved) most versions. But this one is definitely its own unique take on a classic so many of us love. It's diverse and colorful and full of laughter. And the music is so amazing... I'd come back to rewatch it jist for the music. But what I love most is that it challenges traditional gender rolls and validates going after your dreams/love no matter what society dictates. It shows that when you're true to yourself and believe in your dreams you can truly do anything you set your mind to. Believing in yourself is a magic all it's own.

money + toddlers = this movie.
What a mess. This was not cohesive at all. It was as if there were 100 main characters in this movie wanting to be the star. There was no story solid enough to follow.

I'd take the fairy godmother and make an entire movie out of that. This was just like spoiled soup, too many chefs. No supporting characters. It has no direction and too many ideas going at the same time. The title should be changed from 'Cinderella' to "Let's make all the characters main characters".

As a fairy tale lover (even with modern day twists), it's embarassing to to even say I've sat through the whole thing and watched it.
