Great movie, keeps you in your seat
I will really try not to spoil anything. This is why Matt Damon is such a great actor! His portrayal of his character is, to my humble opinion, sublime. He is gruff, curt and says no more words than necessary, but there's a soft heart inside that means well. The movie has no special effects, no speedy chases: it just leans on good acting of all performers. And that is enough: the pace of the movie is steady and it keeps you in your seat all along. The ordinary man's struggle with the situation is portrayed credibly: one can really imagine it must be like this, to be in such a predicament. The contact with little Maya softens the harsh reality, giving the movie some extra flair. All I have left to say is: WATCH THIS FILM!

    Great acting
We did not know about this movie, and while watching it thought the story was familiar. Sure, is based on a well known true crime event, you will get which one dear reader.

Anyway, it is different enough to be knew, and is engaging enough to keep you watching. Is true enough to not be a fairy tale, and fast enough to be a good watch without being boring.

The acting is very on point, even the little girl which sometimes can be difficult to cast acts very well, not annoying at all.

By the way Matt Damon does a great job with his portrait of a difficult father figure.

And what more can I write, 600 words, give it a view, maybe we will check out other movies by this director in the future.
