    not THAT bad
The first 20-25 minutes are pretty cheesy/over-the-top setting up the motivation for the plot and getting Bert & his dad into position. But it actually gets fairly watchable after Irina shows up. It's by no means going to win any awards, but if you're a fan of BK & enjoyed this story from his set, you'll probably enjoy watching this enough to not shut it off.

I was pretty dubious on how BK was going to be as an actor, but I was pleasantly surprised once the story left LA. It's a testament to the caliber of talent Mark Hamill that he was able to raise whatever abilities BK came to the table with to a place where you actually feel invested during their scenes.

The ending is also surprisingly engaging and fitting.

    Not worth the time
Bert playing himself is less funny than him being himself. It's clear that he's not an actor, even though his whole public personal seems to be an act.

He maybe should stick to telling jokes to drunks. He is definitely able to carry a 5 minute story for a bit. But this is too much.

The story isn't very strong, the acting wasn't very good. The film is basically just a series of cliche situations that we've all seen before in so many other straight to dvd movies.

I'm glad we watched it at home on Netflix, so I could turn it off when it became obvious that it wasn't going anywhere. I would've hated to waste the money on a ticket going to see it in the theater.
