The perfect film to watch in the middle of the day.
My honest thoughts on this film. It's a well put together Journey That brings Channing Tatum to what I think is his best role at this point. The whole story is just a lovely, heart-warming film with the perfect amount of tragedy. The relationship with Chatham's character. And the former military attack dog, Is truly lovely. The pain that they both have are visible on screen. With saying, I'm quite impressed with Tatum Making with making such a lovely, heart-warming film, In a beautiful way. I'm quite impressed in what I've seen of this film and would look forward to seeing other films Tatum decides to make down the road. And my hat must come off to the multiple dogs that betrayed Lulu Each. Truly. Showed great prominence in being an acting dog, something I believe is quite. Under utilising so many films with more films using animated animals and not using World Trade animals such as in this film in art form, I believe that is fading away sadly. But this shows to be a film where animals can be on a set and be used in a great way. The way the film trays the world of the military is quite interesting. As someone who's never served, I find it very. Depressing how so many of these soldiers give so much and receive so little, with the mental scarring that they live with, that is makes it hard to. Living normal life have a normal relationship because they have to shelve so much emotion inside of them that if they would let it out, people could be afraid and show fear. I feel this film represents that in a very respectful way. With the lovely, satisfying ending. This is truly a good middle of the day film to watch. I highly recommend you see this as soon as possible.

    touching
Really, I'm surprised by the number of Reviewers picking this little movie apart in such harsh tones.

It's not meant to be an epic dissertation on war and the meaning of life and death, nor is it a laugh out loud comedy.

This poor dog has been traumatised by war and on top of that, her handler has been killed. Not many people know this, but in many cases these dogs are simple abandoned or euthanised as they are deemed unable to integrate into society, sometimes even if their Handlers make it back.

Tanning, not a dog lover, and Lulu the dog bond over the trip to return to her to base. It has a happy ending for the dog and how often does that happen in movies. What else do you want?
