I rarely laugh out load to movies ....but this however
I went into this movie knowing nothing about it, as I avoid trailers these days since they tend to reveal too much of the story. The film has elements reminiscent of Guy Ritchie or Tarantino movies, but it's funnier. The characters were portrayed brilliantly by the actors, and Brad Pitt's character kept me laughing throughout. The setting in Japan and the single-location concept were also great choices. I'm giving it an 8 because, at times, it was a bit 'too silly,' but overall, it's a strong entry in this genre.
The plot twists were engaging and kept me on laughing...making the film an enjoyable ride from start to finish. The dialogue was witty, contributing to the overall humor and charm of the movie. Additionally, the soundtrack complemented the action sequences perfectly, I loved the mixes of old hits in Japanese!
The cinematography captured the essence of the Japanese setting beautifully, adding depth and a unique atmosphere to the story. It's a film that successfully blends action, comedy, and style, making it a memorable watch.

A Great Ride full of great sequences and editing!
Bullet Train Review
Coming from the amazing direction of David Leitch, Bullet Train blows you away with its crazy action sequences filled with a lot of well-edited shots. The story has multiple points of view of people (and a water bottle!) & just gives a very fresh preview of what entertainment is all about. A fresh script and an A-list cast with their amazing portrayal of all characters. The movie keeps you guessing on what will happen next with its somewhat whacky style of incidents and twists. Brad Pitt is seen as a completely different character which is refreshing to see. All in all, if this is what the future of Cinema holds, we are in for a treat with Fall Guy and Deadpool & Wolverine giving us similar experiences.
. Pros:- Amazing Cinematography and Choreography
- Very well-written sequences and editing.
- Great twists.
Cons:- A teensy bit of overplayed metaphors which actually sums up story.
