Slow burn movie but Lucy Hale is watchable
The story is matter of fact and all the better for it. Believable because it does not try to put too much into it.

Lucy Hale is convincing and acts naturally. PLL fans will want to check out her performance here.

A botanist gets kidnapped by a drug mule. They start to walk across the desert. Some worse bad guys are after the drugs too.

There aren't a lot of nail biting scenes or action sequences. So it's not a high octane thriller. But it feels more like something that could happen as part of the drug infiltration into the country.

Worth a watch for PLL fans otherwise it might be a little lacking in excitement and action.

    Pretty Good
I thought the action started out slow but did build as the movie went on. It was well made and the scenery was desolate but appealing as deserts go. I made you want to find out what was going to happen next. I was thoroughly entertained.
