Such a beautiful film about friends
This is such a great film about friends, fitting in and finding out about the world and acceptance.

I didn't think I'd enjoy it so much. Like all Pixar films the quality of the animation, design, production and look is at such a high level that it has become normal and expected, but having so many people work so hard to hit this high standard so consistently is truly impressive.

The script, the characters and the voice actors are just right on the mark all the time. All characters, including minor and incidental ones are fun and believable. I loved all the little details in the art direction with posters for classic Italian films like "La Strada". The director has crafted such a great film for all the family.

    Boring, disappoimtment from Pixar!
Very mediocre film about a spoiled child. Just say the bad version of The Little Mermaid. A movie about fish monsters coming ashore and meeting other people and that's it. The characters are super annoying and stupid and the 'bully' makes no sense as well as the end of the movie where luca goes to school in the human world and never saw or know anything about it leaving his parents like that and the parents agree so easily, is just very weak all!
