Manu, a bodybuilder from Chandigarh, India, falls in love with Maanvi, a Zumba teacher. All seems well until a revelation causes turmoil in their love story.
akhil027 - 17 September 2022 My second favorite Ayushman movie. Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui is a masterclass in how to write a movie with a message without being too preachy. Kudos to Vaani Kapoor for playing such a character with grace. As we all know, she was always perceived as just another eye candy. But she proves it wrong.
Also, the struggles which both of the lead characters goes through are written brilliantly. They just didn't make the protagonist a good guy who can simply understand and accept everything. He's flawed but finds the strength to grow. And Maanvi's struggles can be understood by the viewer even though only a little part of it is shown.
I remember people saying it's a bad movie after watching a song which had so much of intimate scenes. Don't judge a movie based on a single song.
This movie has so much to offer and I found it better than most of Ayushman movies.
naraintanwani - 17 March 2022 Mockery of serious topic Movie is touching a very sensitive issue...it was al good till the main issue was revealed. After that everything was very predictable and kind of funny.
