    A Christmas Romance
Brooke Shields is a cultural icon. Cary Elwes will always Wesley from the classic The Princess Bride. Who ever thought about putting them together in a Christmas movie was brilliant. The plot is not important what is important is the chemistry between our leads. The supporting cast is charming and the scenery is amazing. It is a joy to see a slightly older couple find love in a lovely Christmas tale. Will they work out their problems of course, will we end with a kiss and a happily ever after of course don't be an eejit! Pour a wee dram, cuddle up with someone you love and enjoy the romantic journey.

    Cosy
Cosy as f. The esthetics of this movie is out of this world. The beautiful castle looks like someone threw up Christmas at it.

The most funny scene is when the main character is leaving the pub and all her fellow knitters are saying their goodbyes. All of them wearing unbelievably ugly homemade clothes. I laughed so hard.

This is a group of knitters with really bad tastes.

The soundtrack is less fortunate and harder to forgive than the sweaters. Why would anyone want to listen to these versions of lovely songs?

Still the characters are not awful, well played and the storylines are not too bad.

    Beautiful location and scenery.
