I made an account just to write this review for this horrible movie- animation: rough animation, worse shaders and textures, characters are just off, backgrounds are lazy.
- voice actors: cutting costs by hiring cheaper voice actors.
- script: confusing, uninteresting and pointless with poor jokes the whole time.
- characters: Sid is normally entertaining but in this every time he's on screen it's just poor.
- cash grab: the budget was around 35 million less than the last one so cutting corners is essentially the big point and it takes away the heart and soul of this movie.
- misleading title, it's about the possums not buck.
- I've read that the next ice age could come out in 2025 or 2026. Please if you're reading this review just wait to see the reviews, don't give money to them if it is this terrible.

This just might be my most hated film in the world
The ice age franchise as many people say had only one good movie but I think that there all good but this film this dumb stupid film is the worst nightmare I've ever seen and I've had nightmares first the animation I hate it some films with bad animation can have good story characters like hoodwinked but not this this has Boss baby back in business vibes and even that was ok the voice acting only Simon peg returned for this god bless him all the other characters sound like trash especially sid he is lane to listen to so in conclusion I hate this film don't watch it please don't you'll be sorry.
