Vendetta

Vendetta

When his daughter is murdered, William Duncan takes the law into his own hands, setting out on a quest for retribution. After killing the street thug responsible for her death, he finds himself in the middle of a war with the thug's brother, father, and their gang, who are equally hell-bent on getting even. What ensues is a tense back-and-forth game of vengeance. By the end, William comes to find that the quest for revenge never has a winner.

    Was this an actual comedy
I totally agree with most of the other reviews regarding plot holes this movie had more than a big lump of Swiss cheese. The acting was absolutely dire and a bit like the A team no one can hit anything with automatic weapons.

Same old tired cliche done many times previously, girl gets murdered, dad goes looking for revenge, starts killing the perps oh and did I mention he's an ex marine who actually can't shoot a gun and couldn't hit a barn door. Then he gets warned off by the local police who turn a blind eye to the criminal activities. He gets shot and beaten many times but just doesn't give up even after they kill his wife too. As for the shooting parts the sound effects were laughable every gun had some sort of hissing noise like a kid going pew pew pshhh pshhh. If you need a good laugh watch this.

A bit draft, but I still enjoyed it from a distance
I wouldn't put this down as being a terrible movie, but certainly not a good one with some ropey performances and script to be brought into question, but I think with the few familiar faces and leave your brain at the door mentality, it's still good for a film to be playing in the background while doing other things... Sometimes great having Bipolar and ADHD... I'd probably score it lower if I was in a depression cycle, but still give it a bash... To be brutally honest I put it on by mistake and couldn't remove from my continue watching list. Was planning on watching something else and just fast forwarding it to the end as a work around, especially as it only received 1 star on sky cinema and 3+ stars on here, but was pleasantly surprised.
