Disappointing
I didn't mind the extra money to watch that movie however it was so disappointing 20 or 25 minutes only of a movie the rest was singing which wasn't really necessary and the monologue really didn't tell the story of Jesus and his birth so I don't know to spend $12.50 and be disappointed I would not recommend it to be honest however the series the chosen and is wonderful. I loved Andrew Bocelli singing but it's in Italian so we know the melody but not the words. I don't really think it totally actual story of the birth of Jesus. I just find it was a big write-up and a big lead up to a very small storyline. I did like the preview of chosen year four looking forward to seeing that. I think kids would get bored sitting through that I really wanted to leave before the show actually started I thought it was too much in the introduction in the musical beforehand. - kim-416-433710 - 19 December 2021
Beautiful music and amazing portrayal of Jesus's birth
Great to watch a magical series of Christmas songs and end with Mary giving birth to our Messiah. Go Tell It On The Mountain by King and Country was amazing. Joy to the World was so powerful. It is 60% peaceful yet powerful music, 15% captivating oration and 25% Chosen movie. I didn't expect so much music but the words of the songs lead up beautifully to a perfect enactment of the birth of Jesus! So heartwarming and powerful!! Thank you for creating The Chosen series!!
