In the Land of Saints and Sinners
If you have seen any of Liam Neesons movies in the past 10 plus years you have seen topics that are very similar to each film. I would love to day this one is different but it is not. However, it's still a good thriller. Film takes place in Ireland where Neesons character is trying to go into retirement but people have moved into town from a terrorist organization and they are causing problems in the town which causes him to come out of retirement after they kill a loved friend of his and then go after him. There are better films out there but this one is a good one to grab a drink and watch on a rainy day. - panagiotis1993 - 14 May 2024
Very Underrated [8.4/10]
My Live Reaction / Review for In The Land of Saints & Sinners (2023): Dead kids, that's a sad way to start a movie. So Finbar wants to leave the killer life behind and make his own garden? Interesting. This little girl has obviously been abused, but will Finbar do something about it? Why does the little girl have a bullet? It would be so satisfying if Finbar killed that thug. It looks like Finbar is looking for trouble. Kevin just shot the thug, things just got more complicated. Robert just betrayed Finbar, that sucks. Now Finbar is in a lot of trouble. Robert is dead? I guess he deserved it. Kevin wants to help Finbar kill these thugs, he is a good dude, not really a good dude, but you know what I mean. Finbar gave his cat to the little girl, that's adorable. So Kevin is not part of the plan, at this point this looks like a suicide mission. Kevin died, no no that sucks. The ending with all the thugs dying was pretty satisfying. A fantastic performance by Liam Neeson. Good performances overall. My rating is 8.4/10.
