"The Blind" is an incredible and heartwarming film that tells the inspiring true story of Phil Robertson, the beloved Duck Dynasty patriarch, and his devoted wife, Kay. This beautiful portrayal takes us on a journey from their initial meeting, through the challenges of building a family, and the tragic struggles that Phil faces with alcoholism and personal demons.

The movie shines in its ability to capture the essence of Phil and Kay's relationship, showcasing their unwavering love, faith, and commitment to each other. Their story is a testament to the power of forgiveness, redemption, and the healing that comes through faith in Jesus Christ.

The performances in "The Blind" are outstanding. The actors brilliantly bring Phil and Kay's characters to life, capturing their unique personalities, quirks, and the deep bond they share. The chemistry between the actors is palpable, making their love story all the more relatable and touching.

The film skillfully explores the dark moments in Phil's life when he battles alcoholism and the haunting demons that stem from his troubled past. These scenes are handled with sensitivity and authenticity, allowing the audience to empathize with Phil's struggles and root for his eventual redemption.

    Unwatchable
As much as I'm a fan of the Robertson family and their story. This movie is almost utterly unwatchable. The cinematography is absolutely horrible, and this movie heavily uses handheld camera work in many shots.

***WARNING*** If you have a sensitivity to shaky camera work or motion sickness, I HIGHLY advise skipping this movie. It will make you sick. There are many close up shots and walking shots where the camera jostles around and it will make you nauseous.

I find it absolutely mind boggling that we are in 2023 and these movies have million dollar budgets, but they can't seem to have a steady camera shot.
