    Great action movie, amazing pace
Chris Evans and Ryan Gosling do a freat job in this movie, their characters are nothing original, but they certainly are good. What matters here is action and well it's really good, the pace is fast enough to not let you unsatisfied, so overall a good movie.

The film also marks the second collaboration between Evans and De Armas after Knives Out (2019), and they're good together. Also the setting, espacially near the end in Croatia, is amazing. We definetely need a sequel, hopefully in the near future: it will be interesting to see how the power struggles inside CIA will go on.

If you want an action movie without politics or absurd pretenses this is the right one for you!

Fast forward is your friend - probably spoilers
So Ryan Gosling gets kidnapped and is forced to appear in a terrible film lest some distant relative with a pacemaker is forced to watch and obviously goes into cardiac arrest at its sheer awfulness. Bill Bob Thornton comes on board because the money's godod though in his final, self-sacrificial scene you detect that he's thinking am I just killing bad gus or my career as well. Ana de Armas has decided she's going full method on this one though the absence of motivation and through-line result in her entire screen time being frown time. Chris Evans seems to be having fun, even given a Schopenhauer quote but in the context of this movie it is akin to 300 years stuck in a room with a million monkeys with a million bloody loud typewriters and feeling elated that the work Yorick appears amongst the unrelenting nonsense. $200m apparently. Funny old world.
