    I mean...lesbians?
The only good thing about this is the lesbian rep. That's it. Both characters suck, the audience doesn't feel the "love" but rather a foreboding sense that they're going to scream at the characters rather than cheer at the ending. The steroids feel overused and the writing confuses whether the movie itself is realistic fantasy or just realistic. The characters feel flat and hedonistic- they don't really change and expand but simply do stupid things to progress the plot. This is not a happily ever after- and they could've pulled that off, in a campy, gritty way. But they didn't. They played it off as if it was- and this movie absolutely sucks. There are so many good lesbian/ wlw movies out there- But I'm A Cheerleader, Portrait of a Lady on Fire that do have actual emotion and character growth. Hell, if you like dangerous and neo-noir lesbians like this movie poses as, check out Bound with Gina Gerson and Jennifer Tilly. IT ROCKS! This movie doesn't. Skip!!

    Started out strong
I was looking forward to this ever since I saw the first trailer. Love Kristen and she was perfect for this role. The first half had me intrigued. Not a big fan of the heavy lesbian sex scenes and how untended all the characters looked. The only character that looked like she'd been close to a shower lately was Katy O'Brian. The story was extremely gritty and I thought this was going to be a classic. However, close to the end it got ridiculous and especially the ending itself was just too weird and lost my interest. I ended up wishing I hadn't watched it. I've watched many movies with deeper meaning and spaced out scenes which were fitting and added to the story and vision as a whole. This ending scene however destroyed a Movie that I was hoping would at least have a good ending.
