What do you want an action movie?
People I absolutely do not understand the sixes as ratings on this movie. What are you looking for an action movie. It's got a stellar cast, it's got a great soundtrack, the effects are phenomenal. It's got twists and turns to keep you guessing.
I loved it. Eight out of 10. Give it a chance. I rented it, and I always feel like I'm getting ripped off when I have to rent something for six bucks. Not this time. Super fun to see Russell Crowe in action again. The Hemsworth Brothers, both great. Milo Ventimiglia, awesome- everybody in it was great.
A small team of elite soldiers go in to rescue an asset against all odds. They have to take a guy who's not quite ready for the tier one mission. That's Liam Hemsworth. Are they going to be able to count on him?

Boring and bad
This movie is in the Rambo genre - but unlike the Rambo movie it somehow does not work.
It comes off very trite - so he uses a MacGyver trick at one point. Where he fixes electronics mainly by hitting them hard, lifting them high and saying in an intense voice "come on".
He kills the bad guy with a sword - in such a boring scene that this is where you are just about to turn off a give up.
There is no 80´s quatable -
"Don't push it, or I'll give you a war you won't believe." "They drew first blood, not me." "To survive a war, you gotta become war." "Murdock... I'm coming to get you!"
Ask people if they remember a sentence from the movie --
There is no really good laughs - at all.
The bad guys are without real personality - do you remember the bad guys from Rambo.
