Does not qualify for horror, does not quality for comedy
Im in shock seeing these overwhelmingly positive reviews, what is it in this movie, outside of the expensive cast, that actually stood out as good?

The horror elements are half-assed, they are not taken seriously, and completely unoriginal. Perhaps they were going for a Horror + Comedy flick, thats a thing right? Theres the Evil Dead franchise, American Werewolf in London, Gremlins, Dead Alive...Lots of good ones. Abigail does NOT make this list.

So this movie does not fit into the box of horror and the comedy is laughably unamusing, the closest fitting genre for this movie is action.

I would describe Abigail is a run of the mill hollywood watered down action movie which for some reason includes horror elements. Remove the horror from this movie would drastically improve this movie, or just settle for making an actual horror movie.

Man, maybe im just the wrong target audience...young teenagers could possibly enjoy this, if you are above that age group i would not recommend this movie

    4/10 will not watch again.

    Worth Watching!
It's worth watching, meet the expectations from the trailer but a lot's of minus points story is little complicated doesn't fit, specially introduction of the cast, not scary but it's keep you curious, beganing is okay a little slow, mid part is good when you find out the truth of tiny dancer, ending is good but the father part doesn't fit like he jumps Outta nowhere when party is over!

I'm little disappointed cast did good their part specially the girl she played her character so well but story could have been a lot better it feel incomplete i hope they will do better in Abigail Part 2.

I hope this review is helpful, Thank you!
