Giant Lizard fought Big Ol' Monkey as billed and it exceeded expectations!
Godzilla vs. Kong is The Avengers of the MonserVerse, and it lives up to this title, paying off as the best in the series so far. MonsterVerse Maniacs know Godzilla, we know Kong, so how could we not be hyped to watch them brawl it out in this blockbuster kanji movie that is some damn-good, dumb, fun action cinema!

It benefits from having its roots laid by previous movies in the series, so that it can hit the ground running with pre-established stakes for series viewers and, in doing so, is able to fill the film to the brim with lizard-monkey battles. The many human storylines are pointless as ever, but they have crossed the chaotic threshold, making them entertaining in an ironic way. Watching Godzilla and King Kong fight looks as epic as it should with some of the best CGI the series has seen so far. A satisfying payoff to the long-awaited tease of the MonsterVerse.

    I'm disappointed
Godzilla vs. Kong is a tremendous wasted opportunity. This epic clash between the most famous titans of cinema could have been a memorable film over time and instead disappointed me. A film enough for the broken headphones that does not exalt the true protagonists of the story, the 2 titans, still focusing on humans and technology. The plot did not convince me at all like the writing. The directing, the action and the photography are good but not as I expected. The special effects are good and so is CGI. In this film the characters are acceptable even if I didn't give a damn about anyone because I wanted to see the titans fight. They still don't understand that the people who are interested in these films want to see them only for the titans and not for anything else. They dedicate little time to the action by tightening the timing of the fights to a minimum. The actors were acceptable and I was not excited, excluding Brian Tyree Henry who made me smile, thank you. I have nothing more to say because when I'm disappointed in a film that I consider a waste my mind can not produce words that are not vulgar and I'm sorry that it went like this for this film because I wanted to see it for so long. This movie is already forgotten by my mind.
