    Prequel.... Yes ! Horror....no !
Very disappointed . I watched the omen not a long time ago : i like how this movie was believable in any ways : more psychological, the discovery that Damien is from evil but......

Here its a big no ! I was very happy to see the main character actor : i saw her in "the Servant" but not gonna lie everything is so uninteresting : the horror is barely there (just a few shots , some cheap jumspcares , horror that was more visual effects ), the story get very non sense even if the story with the babies who reproduced with the evil was an interesting idea that was in the Omen original movie .

But even the themes are pretty classic and dont bring anything new to the genre . The dialogues was not convincing at all and lack of reflexion . I dont know why nobody make some interesting horror movies with an ambience , with a story that tell the time to tell , try some new things , i really dont know .

But very disappointed . Of course we witnessed the born of Damien . The child in the original movie but its very very boring not gonna lie . Even the performances from the characters put me away many times . But anyway , not an interesting horror movie at all , just an excuse to use the name of the movie . Cant really recommend even if you watched "the omen". A unnecessary prequel in my opinion . Dont really serve anything.

    Terrible prequel
I don't get the hype for this one at all. Being a big fan of the original Omen movie, I was excited to hear the positive reviews for this one, and was eager to see the movie. I was very disappointed.

It's basically Rosemary's Baby done with the omen theme, and the lore doesn't even match up with the movie it's supposed to be the prequel for. Just another poor attempt by Hollywood to revive something they need to just leave alone.

I didn't find this movie scary at all, and the scene that I assume was supposed to shock everyone was poorly executed. The only redeeming factor was some of the acting wasn't bad. Can't blame actors for a bad script.
