    Wasted 2 hours on this movie!
    This movie was a complete disappointment! I gave it a chance for half an hour, and I actually had to pull myself through the whole movie in the end. As a fan of the Kingsman franchise, I thought that this movie would exceed my expectations, but NOPE! The only memorable scene was the Rasputin fight scene, and that's it! The storyline was supposed to focus on saving the world but it was all over the place. Other than that, the action scenes were decent and fun, and the Kingsman manners were still relevant. To be honest, this movie makes me want Eggsy from the previous two movies instead of this horrible plot. I give it a 1.5 because of Rasputin's character and the Oxford family drama.

    The most mature movie of the trilogy, not just a trivial origin story of the Kingsman agency.
    I loved that "The King's Man" is not just another trivial origin story, made to keep the franchise alive. I liked the two previous chapters very much, but I think that this is the best one. It is way more mature not only for the plot, but also for the images that are shown. The film is loosely based on historical facts and it shows the unnecessary cruelty of the war. There are a few truly heartbreaking moments that are completely unexpected. As per tradition, there is a small dose of funny moments here and there to keep the mood light in some instances, but the general tone is serious. The result is a well balanced movie with excellent storytelling: it was about time to bring this franchise to the next level. Characters are properly developed and I really cared for them: I loved the father-son relationship between Orlando and Conrad. It was intense, had lots of highs and lows and was believable. The supportive roles of Shola and Polly had the right amount of screen time. Moreover, they added depth and value to the story. The fact that screenwriters created a standalone story that does not have any immediate ties or indirect references to the previous pictures is quite commendable. I do not need to watch the two previous films, by wasting unnecessary time, in order to understand what was going on screen. This for me is an achievement, considering the latest entertainment industry trends, when it comes to franchises.

    The photography is competent and creative. The quality of fighting scenes keep to be very high and the stunts actions are well choreographed. The CGI looks proper for a production of this size and some effects are peculiar. Nothing jaw dropping but I have enjoyed it for sure. If you have loved the previous two "Kingsman", I am pretty sure that you will like this one as well. In case you are completely new to the movies, this is the perfect introduction, and I am pretty sure that it will push you to watch the rest.
