The most favorite Russian movie!
Major Grom : Chemnoy (Plague) Doctor, directed by Oleg Trofimov, tells about the story of a young businessman Sergei Razumovsky, played by Sergei Goroshko, the revenge of the Chumnoy (Plague) Doctor and about Sheriff Igor Grom, played by Tikhon Zhiznevsky, who is trying to solve the crimes of the Chumnoy (Plague) Doctor. This movie became popular in Russia last year, then Netflix even bought it!
My favorite character in the film is Sergey Razumovsky. He is a very smart, well-read person who created his own social network "Together". His eternal support was his friend Oleg Volkov, played by Dmitry Chebotarev. However, there will be an unexpected twist in the plot that will reveal Oleg's fate.
Although, the film does not exactly repeat the plot of the comic book, according to which it was shot, the film still turned out to be gorgeous! I advise you to watch this movie because of the exciting, unexpected plot and good acting. - nastiagagauz - 19 January 2022
My point in this film
The film came out very weak because I didn't like the main character and many other characters. To begin with, the main character did not draw any conclusions for the film and did not receive punishment for his actions, and in fact, if not for his selfishness, all the horror that took place in St. Petersburg might not have happened, although judging by the film, the bias should have been for realism and I can't understand why the work of our special services is so poorly shown, because the fight against such major terrorism in our country is at a high level. Well, the behavior of high ranks is demonstrated simply stupidly and inadequately.
