I think all the one stars are fake
This movie is great. Had some great choreography in the songs. Especially the song Ji Huzoor. I've watched that song more times than I can count.

Loved Ranbir's acting and the plot was really interesting from start to finish. Everybody did their part well, even Vaani Kapoor whom I don't usually prefer.

Only things I would improve are the songs that were too frequent and the film could have been a bit shorter. But the whole story was interesting nonetheless.

It isn't boring as these people have said in many similar looking reviews here.

If you rate this 1-2 stars what would you rate RRR which is very similar in nature?

20 years too late. Vani Kapoor sucked big time.
I think this movie was too simplistic, and was 20 years late. Vani Kapoor was given the worst role I have ever seen an actress do. She was objectified and hired to show off her body and cleavage at every moment she was on screen. The worst part was when she was holding 3 layers of clothes disguised as her child with shamshera. The kind of squeeze she was giving to the supposed child, she could have killed a hundred children during the shoot.

The initial 30-40 minutes still felt good to me. But then, the story of Balli started and things started going downhill. I still believe that Bollywood needs better editors so that they don't have to serve 2 hours movies into 3 hours by adding elements those make no contributions to the movie.

The good part was that the movie was shot well and we got to see some wide angle shots. The attack of the crows was out of the world concept. How could they have even thought about this!!! My god, they really need to grow up in their storytelling. They sucked big time.
