funnycommentor - 15 April 2024 That's a great documentary! First of all, when I first watched the official trailer of the documentary I liked it and I had high expectations about it. Eventually, it was as good as I had imagined. The plot of the documentary was very interesting and it was very well-explained. I have to admit, it was a very intense documentary, especially the 2nd half which was about the rescue. The ending was emotionally intense and gladly, there was a happy ending. The 1st part of the documentary was kinda slow paced, because it was about the rescuer's life. However, it was still very intense from start to finish. Overall, "The Rescue" was a nice documentary, kinda sad and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
destiny_west - 13 November 2022 True Heroes! What can I say? This event caught the worlds attention and unified they solved something they thought was impossible.
This documentary of the Thai cave rescue is hauntingly mesmerizing and agonizingly painful on one's emotions.
These people all involved in helping rescue the boys, especially the cave divers, are remarkable heroes.
As a society we put all our stock into idolizing movie stars, musicians and athletes. When there are people out there in the world that put their lives at risk every day to help save other people's lives.
This documentary is well worth the watch. It grabs at your heart strings and does not let go, and even though I knew the outcome of the rescue, I still sat on the edge of my seat until the final person came out of the cave alive.
