A fearless, faithful albeit slightly forgetful Mumbai cop, Veer Sooryavanshi, the chief of the Anti-Terrorism Squad in India pulls out all the stops and stunts to thwart a major conspiracy to attack his city.
nicolatayade - 7 January 2024 I am disappointed with Rohit Shetty's direction in this movie. Several comedic dialogues, scenes, and songs shouldn't have been included. The film should have embraced a serious spy-like atmosphere, emphasizing terrorist threats akin to 'Wednesday' and 'Baby'. Low-budget successes like 'Baby', 'Naam Shabana', and 'Wednesday' outshine this high-budget flop, 'Suryavanshi'.
While 'Suryavanshi' had potential, it ultimately floundered in its execution. The movie lacked the depth and authenticity needed to make a mark in the spy thriller genre. It stands as a testament to the fact that an excessive budget does not necessarily translate into a compelling cinematic experience when the fundamental essence of the storyline is diluted by unnecessary elements.
ankurhsharma - 25 May 2022 If you want to waste your time, go for it. It was boring, predictable, utter non-sense and no remote connection with any reality. This director should retire. What a piece of trash. Cars blowing up, terrorists coming up with the foolishest of plots for the policy to discover.
I mean the script is trash, there is no humour, no entertainment.
